As a Security Officer Identity Verification in Waverly, NE , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer at an industrial location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, issue badges, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will use computer or tablet systems, communicate professionally, and help maintain awareness of security-related activities. Pay Rate: $19.10 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility, including verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and directing delivery vehicles to designated areas.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, receiving areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity or potential hazards.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
