An immediate opening is available for a Clinical IV Pharmacist with expertise in sterile compounding and clinical pharmacy practices. This contract-to-hire role offers an opportunity to contribute to patient care through meticulous medication preparation and verification in a clinical setting.

Location: Trumann, AR
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Every third weekend

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify intravenous (IV) medication orders to ensure accuracy and patient safety
• Prepare and mix IV medications within the clean room environment following sterile compounding protocols
• Perform clinical duties including interpretation of laboratory results to optimize therapeutic outcomes
• Provide flexible support across pharmacy operations as needed

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year current experience as an IV pharmacist
• Active, clear Pharmacist license for the state of Arkansas
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screening
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to interpret lab results effectively
• Flexibility to assist in various areas within the pharmacy
