Human Resources Clerk II (8 Hours)

Job Title High School Diploma or equivalent AND: Three (3) years of responsible clerical experience. Knowledge of modern office practices, typing, filing, business correspondence, including computers and software. Understand and follow oral and written directions. Keyboard neatly and accurately at least 35 wpm (5-minute typing certificate). Two (2) recent letters of reference. To be considered all requirements MUST BE ATTACHED when submitting application. All examinations must be passed with 75% or better. An eligibility list will be in effect for 6 months or until less than 3 applicants remain on the list. If FIVE (5) applicants are permanent employees from the Lancaster School District and demonstrate the ability to meet the job qualifications, the position will be filled on a promotional basis.
