As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and team members. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.43 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to shoppers, employees, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following established reporting procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help support a welcoming environment for customers and employees.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual activity accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
