Responsibilities Provides direct and indirect patient care. Communicates with physicians, nurse managers, and co‑workers, as appropriate, about changes in patients’ clinical conditions, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Performs general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision. Demonstrates the ability to meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, and handle constantly changing situations. Manages a variety of people, stressful situations, and conflict. Performs all assigned duties or job tasks. Adheres to all licensing board or agency requirements, regulations, and procedures. Complies with all Benefis Health System organization policies and procedures. Qualifications Current state Registered Nurse licensure within the state of practice. BLS certification.
