Overview Pay: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour D.O.E. Job Title: Lube Technician - Pierre of Seattle Pierre of Seattle is seeking a skilled and dedicated Lube Technician to join our reputable automotive service team. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and lubrication services on customer vehicles, ensuring their optimal performance and longevity. Responsibilities Perform routine oil changes and filter replacements efficiently and accurately. Check and top up fluid levels, including coolant, transmission, brake, and power steering fluids. Inspect and replace vehicle air filters, windshield wipers, and other minor components as necessary. Conduct tire rotations and basic tire repairs. Perform general vehicle inspections to identify potential issues or safety concerns. Keep detailed records of services performed, including parts used, fluids added, and vehicle condition. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and techniques through ongoing training and development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar automotive maintenance role is preferred. Knowledge of automotive lubricants, filters, and basic vehicle components. Familiarity with maintenance and repair procedures for various vehicle makes and models. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
