What You'll Do: Hey there, all you cool cats and cannabis enthusiasts! We're Cheech and Chong Dispensoria, and we're looking for a Groovy Budtender to join our laid-back team. If you're all about spreading good vibes, helping folks find their perfect strain, and creating a mellow atmosphere, this gig might just be your ticket to paradise.

Responsibilities:

1. Spread the Love: Greet customers with a smile, a "Hey, man!" and make them feel welcome. Share your passion for cannabis and create a positive, chill vibe in the dispensary.

1. Knowledge is Power: Stay up to date on all things cannabis - strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories. Be ready to drop some knowledge and answer questions like a true cannabis connoisseur.

1. Recommendations, Dude: Help customers find the perfect product to match their needs and preferences. Suggest strains, methods of consumption, and dosage. Guide them through the journey of enlightenment.

1. Stay Legal: Make sure everyone follows the rules and regulations of the dispensary and the state. Check IDs and maintain a safe and secure environment.

1. Keep it Tidy: Keep the dispensary looking spiffy, man! Organize products, clean the glass, and maintain a well-organized and visually appealing space.

1. Cash Handling: Handle transactions with ease, making sure the cash register stays in balance.

1. Peace, Love, and Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, resolving issues with a zen-like calmness, and ensuring every customer leaves feeling groovy.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous experience as a budtender is essential, man.
• A deep love for cannabis and its culture.
• Leadership skills and a willingness to help your fellow buds grow.
• Knowledge of local cannabis laws and regulations is a must.
• Excellent communication skills to groove with the team and customers.

Physical Requirements:

• Standin' on Your Feet, Dude: You'll be on your feet for most of the day, movin' around the dispensary, helpin' customers, and keepin' things in order. So you gotta be ready to stay on your feet for long periods, man.
• Liftin' and Movin', Baby: You might need to lift some boxes or products, so you should be able to handle up to 30 pounds without breakin' a sweat. No biggie, man, just keep it chill.
• Reach and Stretch, Man: Sometimes you'll need to reach up high or bend down low to grab products, so you've gotta be able to stretch and move with ease, ya know? Flexibility's key.
• Fast on Your Feet: Whether it's a busy rush or a little downtime, you've gotta move quickly when needed, man. Being nimble on your feet helps keep everything runnin' smooth.
• Vision, Man: You'll be handling products, cash, and labeling stuff, so you gotta have clear vision to make sure everything's right. Whether it's up close or a little further away, you gotta be able to see what's going on.
• Good Hearing, Man: You'll be talkin' to people, so you gotta hear what they're sayin' clearly, even if there's some background noise. Communication's key, man.
