We train the right people. Join a culture of people helping people. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently. Perform simple vehicle diagnostics to determine the issue. Provide essential roadside assistance, including tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle lock‑outs. Build trust, problem‑solve, and be a calming presence for our members on the scene. What We Are Looking For No prior towing experience required (we provide top‑tier paid training). A customer‑first mindset and a passion for helping people. Willingness and flexibility to work the 4:00 PM – Midnight shift, including weekends. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Work Environment / Physical Requirements Works outdoors at vehicle sites when servicing vehicles. Lifting and carrying tires and parts, weighing up to 50 pounds, several times a day. Bending, kneeling, and stooping as required for service calls. Works in all weather and all traffic conditions. Vehicle recovery sites may be wet, messy, and hazardous. Service providers must provide a photograph for identification purposes. Compensation & Benefits Schedule: 3:00 PM – Midnight (Includes Weekends) Guaranteed Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week. Base Pay: Starting at $22.75 per hour. Shift Differentials: Earn an extra $0.75 to $1.50 per hour depending on hours and days worked. Productivity Incentives: Up to $1,900 extra per month. 401(k) Retirement: Automatic 3% enrollment (increasing 1% annually) with company match up to 6%. Commuter Benefits: Save up to $680 per month for transit or parking. Paid Time Off: Accrue up to 136 hours (17 days) of PTO in your first year. Paid Holidays: 11 paid holidays per year.
