CRM 系統資料庫管理:執行資料庫日常巡檢、資料、作業程序規劃。

系統程序維護:確保系統正確及針對系統異動進行記錄與流程優化更新。

故障排除:解決及記錄系統資料面異常問題,進行反應故障及協助IT排除。

文件撰寫:編寫技術文件、作業程序標準書 (SOP)。

ERP 與系統程序:熟悉企業資源規劃系統的運作、報表開發及 BPM 電子簽核流程維護。

文書處理作業整理及歸納。

Requirements

-資管、資訊工程相關科系大學畢業。

- 1年以上資料庫管理或資訊相關及企業CRM 系統工作經驗。

-主動積極、細心負責、具備良好的團隊協作與溝通能力。

-擁有 ERP 系統操作經驗、系統開發經驗及資安相關證照尤佳。
