Assistant Landscape Account Manager

The Assistant Landscape Account Manager position, based in Robinson, PA, offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about landscape management to develop their skills and advance toward an Account Manager role. This position supports the Account/Operations Manager(s) in delivering exceptional service to commercial clients, with responsibilities spanning client communication, proposal preparation, and field crew coordination.
Responsibilities
- Measure commercial properties and prepare detailed proposals based on customer requests.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely updates.
- Identify and generate sales opportunities by recommending landscape enhancements and additional services.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and overseeing daily tasks for multiple field crews in commercial landscape maintenance.
- Monitor contract specifications, budgets, and client requirements to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Support snow removal operations during the winter season as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in landscape maintenance and design.
- Associate's degree in horticulture or a related field.
- Strong client-service skills and the ability to communicate professionally with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated with a sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Desire to learn and grow within the company, with the goal of advancing to an Account Manager position.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to participate in and manage snow removal activities during winter months.
