CNA - LTCTryfacta is seeking a CNA - LTC for our client in Westmoreland, NH 03467. This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!Location: Westmoreland, NH 03467Duration: 13 weeks (possible extension)Work Schedule: 12 hrs. and 8 hrs. (evening and night) Pay rate: $28 - $35/hr. Lots of OT available for candidates willing to pick up additional shifts. Orientation: 8:00 AM on the candidate's first day, followed by their normal schedule. Covid vaccinated required. Emergency-status NH LNA license is accepted.Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.Provide mobility, transfer, repositioning, and ambulation assistance.Monitor and record vital signs and resident condition.Report changes in condition to the nursing staff.Provide incontinence care and maintain skin integrity.Assist with meals, hydration, and resident comfort.Follow infection control, safety, and fall-prevention protocols.Document care accurately and maintain resident dignity and privacy.To be considered for this position, you should have:Active NH LNA/CNA License required.Emergency-status NH LNA license accepted.LTC/SNF experience preferred.Strong communication and resident-care skills.COVID vaccination required.Must be willing to work evening/night shifts.Must be available for 48 guaranteed hours/week and potential OT.Must attend 8:00 AM orientation on the first day.Must be prepared for a facility phone interview.Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran or disabled status, or genetic information.
