Develops, maintains, and provides departmental scorecards/visibility boards and associated action plans to leadership. Facilitates the identification of key measures, root cause analysis, data analysis, improvement opportunities and the implementation of such improvements. Supports the tracking, assessment and integration of improvement plans across Children's.
