About the Job Pediatric Lead Dental Assistant. American Pediatric Dental Group: Are you an experienced Dental Assistant ready to take the next step in your career? American Pediatric Dental Group is looking for a passionate, motivated Lead Dental Assistant to help lead our clinical team while creating positive dental experiences for children every day. As our Lead Dental Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to mentor team members, support our providers, and play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. If you're a natural leader who enjoys working with children and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you! Schedule:
- Monday & Thursday: 9:15 AM - 6:30 PM.
- Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Pediatric dental assisting experience preferred.
- Training available for experienced dental assistants transitioning into pediatric dentistry.
- EFDA Certification (Required).
- CPR Certification (Required).
- Dental X-Ray Certification (Required).
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Reliable, flexible, and passionate about working with children.
