This highly specialized unit cares for patients undergoing liver and kidney transplants, urology procedures, colorectal surgeries, and bariatric surgeries.In this role, you will play a key part in advancing clinical excellence by supporting education, competency, and professional development for nursing staff caring for complex surgical and transplant patients. You will support unit-based orientation, ongoing education and competency validation, regulatory compliance and quality initiatives.
