This position will be on-site at our Las Vegas, NV office, located at 4730 S. Fort Apache Rd. Las Vegas, NV 89147 Suite 300. You Will Answer and manage inbound and outbound calls, providing general information about our services and connecting clients with the appropriate team for business consultations. Deliver professional, customer-focused communication via phone and email, ensuring a positive client experience. Update and maintain customer records to facilitate seamless interactions and efficient service. Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment, handling inquiries with confidence and clarity. You Have Strong verbal communication and phone skills, with confidence and enthusiasm. Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while staying organized. Detail-oriented and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset. Comfortable using basic computer applications like Outlook, Excel, and Word. Bilingual communication is a plus! Actual compensation will depend on several factors; however, the annual average compensation is approximately $40,000.
