Job Overview A law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Attorney to join its team in Boca Raton, FL. The ideal candidate will specialize in Commercial Debt Collections, Commercial Litigation, Judgment Domestication and Enforcement, Attorney A/R Review, and Subrogation. Duties Specialize in Commercial Debt Collections, Commercial Litigation, Judgment Domestication and Enforcement, Attorney A/R Review, and Subrogation. Collaborate with litigation staff to facilitate new case intakes. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates. Develop and implement effective litigation strategies. Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials as required. Effectuate settlements and negotiate favorable outcomes for clients. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing of the Florida Bar. Proven experience in Commercial Debt Collections and Litigation. Strong understanding of Judgment Domestication and Enforcement procedures. Familiarity with Attorney A/R Review and Subrogation practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active member in good standing of the Florida Bar. Skills Proficient in legal research and case analysis. Strong negotiation and settlement skills.
