Pay & Benefits

• Salary Range: $800,000 – $877,000 annually
• Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour (note: this is indicative; actual salary discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do

• Provide neurosurgical care in inpatient, outpatient, and clinic settings
• Perform surgeries and procedures utilizing neuro-navigation tools including Globus Robot and Stryker
• Manage a clinic with an average of 8-12 patients per day, supported by PAs
• Participate in ER call (approximately 7 days/month), with imaging review from home and minimal in-person duties
• Contribute to patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and post-operative care
• Collaborate with an established, collegial team including one Neurosurgeon and four APPs
• Build a strong elective spine practice in a community setting
• Document patient care in EPIC EMR

What You Need
Required:

• Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility)
• Colorado medical license or eligible
• Ability to perform general neurosurgery
• Willingness to work flexible schedule with minimal call

• Experience in spine surgery
• Strong teamwork and patient care focus
• Commitment to working in an underserved community
