Supervising, teaching, and assisting individuals in all aspects of his/her life. Integrating the individual into your everyday life Providing personal care assistance. Participating in community outings and appointments through transporting and assisting the individual served. Requirements to be a Shared Living Provider include: At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED. Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and car insurance. Fewer than 6 points in the last two years on your motor vehicle record.
