We Are Hiring Location: Hoffman Estates, IL Facility Name: Ascension St. Alexius Women and Children's Hospital Schedule: Part-time Base salary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year CME Allowance: $1,800 Malpractice coverage with tail What You Will Do This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated NP to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Join an established, stable and well-respected team of Physicians and Pediatric Nurse Practitioners Pediatric Nurse Practitioner experience is preferred Practice setting: Inpatient Rounding on newborns, one hospital only Beautiful Women and Children's Hospital Level III NICU and PICU 24/7 Neonatology service 24/7 Hospitalist service Weekends and Holidays required Great access to Pediatric Subspecialist on campus Excellent support staff Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Eligible for state medical license and DEA/Controlled Substance registration About the Facility 131 bed hospital All private rooms Level III NICU/PICU 3,000 plus births Integrated referral network Part of Ascension, a national nonprofit Catholic health system Why Physicians Choose Ascension Physician-led, collaborative culture Long-term practice stability National network with local autonomy Mission-centered care rooted in service What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred. Registered Nurse preferred. Education: Master's degree of Nursing required.
