Their responsibilities will include maintaining client relationships, directing internal teams and subcontractors, managing project profitability, and overseeing multiple jobs simultaneously. This high-impact role offers the ability to blend project management, estimating, and business development skills within the insurance restoration space.Responsibilities include:Manage multiple large-scale commercial restoration projects simultaneously.Oversee mitigation and reconstruction phases from start to finish.Develop detailed estimates using Xactimate.Review and manage time and material billing.Act as the primary point of contact for adjusters and clients.Conduct site inspections and assess damage.Actively market company services to adjusters, property managers, and clients.Direct superintendents, technicians, and subcontractors.Qualifications include:Experience managing commercial restoration, mitigation, or construction projects.Strong background in estimating (Xactimate required).Experience working with insurance adjusters and T&M billing.Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.Comfortable in a client-facing, relationship-driven role.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to operate both strategically and in the field when needed.If you're a dedicated, driven, and experienced professional with a passion for restoration and project management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
