You’ll also assist with urgent deliveries, point-of-sale execution, and special projects.**Day-to-Day Responsibilities*** Assist with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement to support team objectives.* Help create tools, templates, and resources that improve efficiency and decision-making.* Support marketing and sales initiatives by preparing materials and tracking execution.* Conduct research and organize information to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.* Participate in project coordination, ensuring tasks and deliverables are completed on time.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategies into actionable steps.* Prepare summaries, reports, or presentations that highlight progress and impact.**Required Qualifications*** Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.* Customer-service oriented.* Effective communication skills.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Eager to learn and self motivated.* Must enjoy talking with people in small and large settings.* Enjoys physical labor with the ability to safely lift 40lb boxes.* Experience in Microsoft Office, such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, and Excel.* Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to support daily local travel to customer locations and company events. **Compensation and Benefits*** Starting hourly pay for this position is set based on location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education.
