Schedule will be either 9am - 2pm or 10am - 3pm.  

Role & Responsibilities:

• Visitor Check-In

1. • Verify visitor identification.
   • Issue visitor badge.
   • Ensure visitor signs the visitor log.
   • Notify employees that their visitor has arrived.
   • Ensure visitor is checked out upon departure.
   • Collect and account for all visitor badges before the visitor leaves.

• Package & Delivery Management

1. • Sign for incoming deliveries and shipments.
   • Document package deliveries in Mail Parcel log.
   • Notify employees of package arrivals.
   • Distribute packages to the appropriate department or individual.

• Mail Services

1. • Receive incoming mail.
   • Sort mail by department and employee.
   • Distribute mail throughout the office.
   • Prepare outgoing mail for pickup.

• Phone & Front Desk Support

1. • Answer and route incoming phone calls.
   • Screen calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
   • Take and relay messages when necessary.
   • Respond to general office inquiries.

• Administrative Support

1. • Maintain front office records and logs.
   • Creating Visitor, Vendor, Temp badges for stations.
   • Support various departments with administrative requests as needed.

1. • 1. • Assist with business license renewals and permit documentation.

1. • 1. • Complete forms required by customers, vendors, and g overnment agencies.

1. • 1. • Assist with station events.

1. • 1. • Update bulletin boards and company notices.

1. • 1. • Assisting station manager with food requests from employees and coordinating with food vendor.

1. • 1. • Order supplies needed for the lobby/reception.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proven office experience with strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data entry, filing, and managing spreadsheets with attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities.
• Previous experience working at a front desk or in administrative support roles is highly desirable.
