Engineering Manager

I’m hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a growing HPC & AI infrastructure team in Fremont, CA .
This is a hands-on leadership role, initially managing around 5 engineers while staying close to architecture, deployment, benchmarking, performance tuning and customer escalations.
The company builds complete GPU compute and AI infrastructure , from high-performance servers and workstations through to racks, networking, storage and multi-node clusters.
You’ll work across:
- NVIDIA H200 / B200 / B300 / RTX PRO
- AMD GPU platforms
- Slurm, InfiniBand & cluster software
- GPU deployment, validation and performance optimization
- AI, LLM inference and HPC workloads
Looking for someone with strong HPC/GPU infrastructure experience , engineering leadership skills and hands-on familiarity with NVIDIA or AMD systems.

Base up to ~$180K (flexible)
