Position : Senior ServiceNow Project Manager
Location : Tallahassee, FL Onsite - Locals only
Duration : Long term contract
MOI : Onsite Interview
Job Summary
The Client is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide ServiceNow initiatives. The selected consultant will oversee multiple implementation phases, collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, manage vendors, and drive successful delivery of the Department's ServiceNow roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise IT Project Management experience.
- 5+ years managing ServiceNow implementation or platform expansion projects.
- Experience leading complex, multi-workstream technology initiatives.
- Strong experience managing project plans, schedules, scope, risks, issues, budgets, and executive reporting.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and implementation partners.
- Experience using Agile, Hybrid, or iterative project delivery methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Enterprise digital transformation experience.
- Experience with executive dashboards, governance, and project reporting.
- Organizational change management and user adoption experience.
- Public sector or government experience.
- PMP Certification (preferred).
- ServiceNow Certification(s) (preferred).
- Agile/Scrum Certification (preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate business and technical teams.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, and executive communications.
- Coordinate vendors, implementation partners, testing, training, deployment, and go-live activities.
- Support governance, executive decision-making, and post-implementation continuous improvement.
- Ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives and quality standards.
