Lead Installer – Lead HVAC Installations for Mechanical Heating, Cooling & Electrical

You will serve as a key technical field leader, driving high-quality residential and commercial HVAC installation projects across the region. Lead day-to-day field operations for residential and commercial heating and cooling installation projects.

Execute precise equipment replacements, retrofits, and system setups following rigid safety standards.

Coordinate daily jobsite logistics to maintain strict project execution timelines and quality benchmarks.

Troubleshoot real-time mechanical challenges on-site to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

Mentor junior technicians and apprentices to foster technical growth and team safety compliance.

Represent company core values of professionalism, quality workmanship, and exceptional service on every jobsite.

Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in mechanical HVAC field installations.

Proven background successfully completing complex residential or commercial heating and cooling projects.

Strong ability to read technical schematics, system layouts, and manufacturer installation specifications.

Willingness to travel up to 50% of working hours to dynamic jobsite locations.

Experience leading field teams or managing jobsite workflows in a primary installer role.

Advanced knowledge of modern high-efficiency HVAC equipment and control systems.

Demonstrated history of continuous technical education and manufacturer training certifications.
