The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in efforts to deliver great and friendly guest experiences, serve the freshest products, run the cleanest restaurants, provide the fastest service, and help build profitable top line sales. They assist in the development of Crew and Shift Leaders and fulfill accountabilities assigned by the Restaurant Manager. They are also responsible for assisting in the overall operations of the restaurant. Responsibilities Managing day-to-day operations – controls profit loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing labor. Create a positive working environment by fostering teamwork among Team Members through effective training, communication and relationship building. Assist in the professional growth and development of Shift Leaders and Team members. Maintain an exceptional level of customer service. Know and manage compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Requirements Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to work in a high volume, fast‑paced environment. Excellent customer service standards. Passion for results. Valid driver’s license and vehicle. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must pass a drug test and background check. Must be at least 18 years of age.
