About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Help clients with mobility and physical exercises as directed.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.

Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team.

Requirements:

Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of Maryland.

Previous experience in home care or a similar setting is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate and patient demeanor with a focus on client care.

Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and daily activities.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
