A RT CNC Machining | Bridgeview, IL 60455
\nWe are seeking an experienced CNC lathe machinist who can independently program, set up, and operate CNC lathes to produce precision parts from blueprint to finished product.
\n \nRESPONSIBILITIES
\n· Program, set up, and operate Mazak CNC lathes using Mazatrol.
\n· Select tooling, fixtures, work offsets, speeds and feeds.
\n· Read blueprints, tolerances, and GD&T requirements.
\n· Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges.
\n· Troubleshoot programs, tooling, machine, and quality issues.
\n· Maintain setup, inspection, and production documentation.
\n· Maintain productivity, safety, and a clean work area.
\n \nQUALIFICATIONS
\n· Minimum 5 years CNC lathe setup and programming experience.
\n· Strong knowledge of Mazatrol controls is required.
\n· Ability to take a part independently from blueprint to finished product.
\n· Strong knowledge of tooling, machining methods, speeds and feeds.
\n· Excellent blueprint reading, shop math, and precision measuring skills.
\n· CAM programming preferred; CAD familiarity helpful.
\n· Machine shop or manufacturing experience required.
\n \nJOB TYPE : Full-time
\nPAY : $50-65/hr based on qualifications and experience
\nHOURS : 20-50 per week
\nLOCATION : In-person -Bridgeview, IL
