Project Manager (Construction) Locations: San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, TX Status: Exempt | Full-Time | Travel Required Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the procurement, execution, and profitability of assigned construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all contract requirements. Reports to Senior Project Manager or Senior Vice President. Key Responsibilities Review drawings and specifications to prepare cost, material, labor, and time estimates for bidding Lead project execution from award through completion Develop and manage project schedules and sequencing Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field operations Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and trade partners Monitor project progress, budget, and productivity in the field Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, permits, and regulations Collaborate with leadership to maintain schedule and financial targets Identify cost‑saving opportunities and support project profitability goals Manage design coordination throughout construction Qualifications 5+ years of construction project management experience or similar role Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing Experience managing subcontractors and project schedules Proficiency in Excel, Word, and construction management software Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Why Work Here High‑growth environment in Texas markets – The organization continues to expand across Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas, with a strong pipeline of multifamily and commercial projects underway, giving employees the ability to make a real impact.
