Location: Hackensack, NJ Salary: $60K-$70K We're a growing ABA company looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Intake And Authorization Manager. This role is central to ensuring a smooth client onboarding experience, accurate and timely authorizations, and strong administrative support across the organization. You'll act as a right-hand to leadership—helping keep processes tight, communication clear, and growth on track.

Key Responsibilities for the Intake And Authorization Manager:

• Manage the full intake process from initial inquiry through client onboarding
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain/track authorizations with a high level of accuracy
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new families during the intake process
• Maintain organized, up-to-date client records and documentation
• Monitor authorization timelines and proactively manage renewals to avoid service gaps
• Assist the owner with day-to-day operational needs, special projects, and process optimization

Qualifications for Intake And Authorization Manager:

• Prior experience in administrative, intake, or authorization roles
• Strong attention to detail
