Navigate complex technical dependencies across metering, billing, admin consoles, and the AI surfaces owned by other R&D teams, while maintaining velocity and product excellence. Champion modern product practices including outcome-focused metrics, assumption testing, and customer-centric decision making throughout the organization. Practice radical candor in all interactions, providing direct feedback that accelerates team performance while building trust through transparency. Drive product strategy for AI monetization and adoption based on quantitative funnel analysis across AI SKUs, market data, and the internal systems that balance adoption, availability, system resilience, and margin. Hands-on experience with LLM-based product development and related technologies such as semantic indexing, RAG systems, and AI-powered document intelligence applications. Comfort operating in high-autonomy environments where you receive context and strategic direction but determine execution approach independently.
