Role Description The Immunology Sales Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving sales of immunology therapies within an assigned territory or customer segment. This role includes building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering product and disease-state education, and providing consultative support to clinical and administrative stakeholders. The specialist will analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and implement strategic sales plans to increase product adoption and access. Day-to-day activities include virtual customer meetings, follow-ups on inquiries, coordination with internal cross-functional teams, and accurate documentation of sales activities in CRM tools. The role also involves staying current on immunology clinical data, competitive landscape, and compliance requirements to ensure ethical and effective promotion of products. Qualifications Demonstrated sales and account management skills, including relationship building, territory planning, and consultative selling. Strong knowledge of immunology or specialty pharmaceuticals, with the ability to interpret clinical data and discuss treatment options with healthcare professionals. Proficiency with digital tools and remote engagement platforms for virtual customer interactions and CRM documentation. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse clinical and administrative audiences. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time and priorities effectively, and collaborate across cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field; advanced degree or clinical background is an advantage. Previous experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, preferably in immunology or related therapeutic areas.
