We're currently hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join a growing team! If you have experience maintaining industrial equipment, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and performing welding repairs, we'd love to hear from you. Schedule:
- Full-time
- Overtime may be available
- Install, assemble, and align industrial machinery and equipment.
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on mechanical systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical failures, breakdowns, and operational issues.
- Troubleshoot pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, valves, motors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Conduct equipment inspections and document maintenance activities.
- Operate rigging equipment, cranes, hoists, and lifting devices safely.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO) requirements, and company policies.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous industrial maintenance or mechanical repair experience required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Experience with welding and fabrication is a plus .
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently or as part of a team
