Position Summary
The Quality Inspector is responsible for performing visual and dimensional inspections of aerospace components to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, customer requirements, and industry standards. Responsibilities
Manufacturing and aerospace repair facility with frequent use of precision measuring equipment and exposure to shop floor operations.
Location: Valencia, CA
Shift: 1st Shift, Wednesday-Sunday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM (Training: Monday-Friday)

Position Summary
The Quality Inspector is responsible for performing visual and dimensional inspections of aerospace components to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, customer requirements, and industry standards. Responsibilities
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments.
- Evaluate components for wear, corrosion, and serviceability.
- Verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and maintenance requirements.
- Complete inspection records, work orders, travelers, and related documentation.
- Support production and maintenance teams in resolving quality and inspection issues.
- Interpret technical data, blueprints, and repair documentation.
- Experience performing dimensional inspections in an aerospace or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, CMMs, and technical documents.
- Proficient with micrometers, bore gages, height gages, indicators, and other inspection tools.
- Knowledge of plated and coated surfaces, including chrome, nickel, cadmium, and thermal spray coatings.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
