Product Lead, Gmail Life Management

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in product management or related technical roles. 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1). Experience developing or launching products or technologies within artificial intelligence or machine learning (AI/ML). Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI/ML and Large Language Models (LLMs) (applications, strengths, training and evals, quality etc.). Experience successfully launching complex mobile and web experiences. Ability to comfortably dive into data and metrics, and analyze product success to guide direction. Ability to lead large cross‑functional efforts with executive stakeholders and vice‑president visibility. Excellent communication skills. Build and deliver on a roadmap of integration opportunities, actively evaluating new first‑party and third‑party partnerships that create high user value as connected experiences in Gmail. Drive product definition for seamless consumer journeys that integrate high‑value Google services into the core Gmail experience (including AI Inbox, Summaries, Cards), leveraging strong product instinct, relentless experimentation, and fast decision‑making.
