* Travel between our six office locations to conduct scheduled closings.
* Explain closing documents and legal matters clearly and confidently to buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and other parties.
* Create a positive, professional, and welcoming closing experience for every client.

* *Funny and personable* – You know how to appropriately use humor to make a closing more relaxed and enjoyable.
* *Energetic* – You bring enthusiasm to the closing table and don't treat every closing like just another appointment.
* *Confident* – You can command a room without being intimidating.
* *Professional* – You understand that you are representing the firm and creating an important client experience.
* *Adaptable* – You can handle different personalities, offices, transactions, and unexpected situations with grace.

* Experience with real estate transactions and/or real estate closings strongly preferred.
* Strong knowledge of residential real estate closing procedures.
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable speaking to groups and conducting closing ceremonies.
* Ability and willingness to travel regularly between six office locations.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Ability to maintain a professional, positive, and energetic demeanor throughout the workday. *Why This Position Is Different* This isn't a traditional attorney position where you're expected to spend your day buried in a file or behind a desk. *You are the person clients see at the finish line.* You get to meet the buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders, answer their questions, celebrate their big moments, and make sure they walk away from the closing feeling confident and cared for. If you are the kind of attorney who can explain a deed, make a nervous first-time homebuyer laugh, calm down a frustrated seller, congratulate a new homeowner, and still make sure every document is properly executed—you may be exactly who we're looking for. *Apply* If you are a *North Carolina and South Carolina licensed attorney* who loves real estate, loves people, and brings personality and positive energy to everything you do, we'd love to hear from you. *Come help us make closing day the best part of the real estate experience.* Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits:
