Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year

Location: On-site in Denver, CO, working alongside an experienced legal team in a collaborative office environment.

Note:  Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Colorado and have 4+ years of business/commercial litigation experience. Candidates from in-house legal departments or primarily solo practices will not be considered.

Job Description

• Represent business clients in litigation matters from initial pleadings through resolution.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other business transaction documents.
• Advise business owners on entity formation, governance, licensing, and operational legal matters.
• Manage pre-litigation disputes, demand letters, negotiations, and commercial conflicts.
• Appear in court, conduct hearings, negotiate settlements, and manage cases through completion.
• Build trusted client relationships while providing strategic legal guidance.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case strategy and progress.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service.
• Maintain organized case files and timely documentation.
• Participate in prospective client consultations and business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Bar license.
• 4+ years of business/commercial litigation experience.
• Experience managing litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Business transactional and contract drafting experience preferred.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and client counseling skills.
• Law firm experience required.
• No in-house or solo practitioner background.
