Position OverviewInternational is seeking a Commercial Business Analytics Analyst to help shape the strategy and performance of our growing heavy-duty truck parts e-commerce business. This newly created role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, customer behavior, e-commerce performance, and financial results, giving you the opportunity to directly influence how we grow revenue and profitability.You’ll uncover what drives customers to buy, where opportunities are being missed, and how we can improve performance across the digital sales journey. From analyzing customer traffic and conversion trends to evaluating parts category performance, pricing, and margins, you’ll turn complex business data into clear, actionable recommendations for commercial leaders.This is an opportunity for a commercially minded analyst who enjoys going beyond the numbers—connecting insights to business decisions, identifying opportunities, and helping build a high-performing digital sales channel from the ground up.ResponsibilitiesCommercial & Revenue Analytics: Analyze sales, customer, product, pricing, margin, inventory, and digital performance data to identify opportunities that drive revenue, profitability, and sustainable growth.Executive Dashboards & Business Intelligence: Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions that clearly communicate business performance, trends, opportunities, and risks.Action-Oriented Analytics: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that enable leaders to make faster, more informed commercial decisions.E-Commerce & Customer Analytics: Analyze customer journeys, website traffic, conversion rates, cart abandonment, average order value, and purchasing behavior to identify opportunities to improve the digital sales experience and increase conversion.Google Analytics & Digital Performance: Own GA4 analytics and reporting, including web events, customer behavior, campaign performance, and digital funnel metrics. Partner with stakeholders to ensure analytics accurately reflect business objectives.Parts & Category Performance: Evaluate parts category performance, gross margins, pricing, demand, inventory, and customer purchasing trends to identify high-value growth opportunities.Promotional Performance: Analyze promotional effectiveness, campaign performance, and customer response to identify what is driving incremental sales and profitability.Revenue Growth Analytics: Develop analytics and recommendations that support demand generation, sales growth, customer acquisition, retention, and commercial optimization.Predictive & Advanced Analytics: Identify opportunities to apply statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining to forecast demand, identify trends, optimize promotions, and uncover future revenue opportunities.Dealer & Customer Performance: Develop insights into dealer and customer performance, purchasing behavior, product adoption, and opportunities for targeted growth.Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Supply Chain, and other business teams to identify analytical opportunities and develop solutions that address real business needs.Data Integration & Analysis: Combine data from GA4, transactional systems, ERP, inventory, CRM, and other business sources to create a comprehensive view of commercial performance.Strategic Advisory: Present findings and recommendations to business and executive stakeholders, clearly connecting analytics to financial outcomes, business priorities, and strategic decisions.Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify new analytics use cases, improve reporting capabilities, and develop innovative solutions that strengthen data-driven decision-making across the organization.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree and at least 2 years of information technology data operations experienceORMaster's degree and at least 1 year of information technology data operations experienceORAt least 5 years of information technology data operations experienceAdditional RequirementsQualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)Desired SkillsBusiness & Commercial Analytics: Strong understanding of revenue, profitability, pricing, sales performance, customer behavior, demand generation, and e-commerce analytics.SQL & Data Analysis: Strong SQL skills with the ability to extract, manipulate, join, and analyze data from complex databases.Data Visualization & BI: Advanced experience developing executive-level dashboards and interactive reporting using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.Google Analytics: Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), web analytics, event tracking, and digital customer journeys.Statistical & Predictive Analysis: Knowledge of statistics, data mining, predictive modeling, forecasting, and analytical techniques used to identify trends and business opportunities.Excel: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, modeling, and developing business-focused reporting.Data & Technology: Understanding of database structures, data relationships, data integration, and business intelligence environments.
