Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Services - Margate, FL

Overview
• Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM

Requirements
• License: Current Florida license as Registered Nurse (Compact: Recognized Compact Licensure)
• Certs: Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS), Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of Cath Lab/ EP Lab clinical nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting; Minimum of 2 years of management experience as a Nursing Manager or Nursing Director in Cardiovascular Services
• Compliance: Must have Neuro and IR experience

Responsibilities
• Assume leadership in planning, directing, and managing Cardiovascular Services.
• Maintain quality service on a 24-hour basis within the Cardiac Cath Lab and Electrophysiology departments.
• Oversee staff performance to align with corporate and hospital policies and procedures.
• Act as a liaison with patients and their representatives for high-quality care.
• Promote teamwork among physicians and healthcare providers to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure efficient operation of department resources to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
