Sign-On Bonus:
- $10,000 bonus for a 2 year commitment
- $5,000 bonus for a 1 year commitment

- Competitive compensation based on your scheduling preference:
- $104,000/year for single-booked, 1-hour appointments
- $130,000/year for double-booked, staggered 1-hour appointments with a dedicated assistant
- Annual CPR certification
- HIPAA/OSHA training (8 CE hours annually)
