Location: Batavia Illinois

• Essential Functions (Duties):The hours are: 7pm-1am or 1am-7am on Monday, OFF Tuesday 12 hours shift Wednesday, and then Thursday and Friday or Saturday Sunday 12hr shift – 7pm – 7am. Weekends required (alternating shift, switches each week.)Shifts can also be traded with like trained teammates. We pay OT after 40 hours in a week, and Double Time after 48 hours in a week. We’ve never had a layoff and we are looking to add great teammates to our existing strong team.RequirementsMinimum Requirements:Education: High School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED) or equivalent.Experience: Previous Lithographic experience preferred.
• Maintains the decorators for optimum print quality.
• Changes plates, inks and other materials for new production runs.
• Safely operates the decorators for optimum output.
• Documents any issues with materials and seeks resolution to those issues.
• Communicates issues to production personnel, managers, and the Director of Lithography.
• Seeks assistance from production personnel to contain suspect or rejected products.
• Chooses random samples from the production lines.
• Determines the need for and secures supplies for the production line.
• Documents work, errors and faults within the department.
• Continuously works to improve processes leading to a reduction in scrap or waste.
• Maintains work area in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Follows through and completes all work promptly.
• Communicates need for and helps maintain appropriate levels of needed supplies.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA and other federal, state, local and customer guidelines.
• Works efficiently and safely within company guidelines.
• Maintains peer relationships to share issues and ideas.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
