Job Description As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in supporting our tax relief efforts by meticulously analyzing financial records and preparing accurate reports. Your primary responsibilities will include: Reviewing and categorizing transactions from bank statements for expenses. Creating detailed Profit & Loss (P&L) reports to provide a clear financial overview. Ensuring accuracy and completeness of all financial data. Collaborating with the team to meet tight deadlines and deliver timely reports. Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information. Requirements Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in the tax or financial services industry. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications Experience with tax-related financial tasks. Familiarity with P&L preparation and expense categorization. Certified Bookkeeper or similar accreditation is a plus.
