Whether you're building your kitchen experience or already have time on the line, we'd love to meet you. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in your work, and always bring a positive attitude, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Lakewood Brewing recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
• Assist with food prep, stocking, and kitchen organization.
• Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support your teammates and help create a positive kitchen environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but limited experience is welcome—we're happy to train the right person.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds .
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• A positive attitude, a team-first mindset, and a friendly smile.
• Appreciation for craft beer and the brewery atmosphere is a big bonus!

Position Details

• Position: Part-Time
• Schedule: Includes evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Weekend availability is required.
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
