Job Description: (VAYA OFFER) 2 years of experience required. Must have experience with heart and lung transplants. Level 2 experience required. Level 1 experience preferred. Must have experience with trauma cases. BLS certified. Must submit a Skills checklist. Local travelers within 100 miles are not accepted at this facility.

Compliance Requirements: BLS, Surgical Technologist/Technician competency exam, Surgical Tech skills, CORE exams allied License/Certification - CST (Certified Surgical Technician) from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting preferred

Special Equipment: XI #Tier3 Travel Compliance RTO - must be presented at time of submission. Any time off sent after the offer will not be approved. 2 yrs experience required in specialty - unless specified otherwise in the job description or UD. Compact or KY State License (required at time of submission) Locals: Not accepted within the following radiuses: Cath Lab RN, IR RN, and Radiology: 75 miles All Other Specialties: 100 miles At least 1 Reference Required at time of submission Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital near by Return Staff Policy: Gone for 6 months to return as traveler License Hits: University of Kentucky WILL NOT accept any licensure hits. If you are submitting a traveler with a license hit, the submission will be rejected. PLEASE READ: For this health system- we MUST know at time of submission if they have previously worked at this facility. This must be noted on the profile to check their eligibility for rehire. Rehire eligibility at UK is checked by HR every Friday and should this eligibility check come back as ineligible post-offer, your traveler may be cancelled.
