Caregiver / Home Health Aide

Job Description Top Regional Pay: $18.00–$25.00/hr (Higher rates for LNAs, dementia experience, & overnight shifts) Weekly Pay & Direct Deposit Flexible Scheduling: Choose Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem Reliable Hours: We have more client hours than we can fill right now Support: An office team that actually answers the phone when you need help Growth & Perks: Paid orientation, paid dementia training, mileage reimbursement, PTO (full-time), and referral bonuses WHAT YOU’LL DO (ADLs & In-Home Support): Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility/transfer assistance Assist with daily living: meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship Track visit notes and client changes easily through our mobile app Maintain consistent schedules with long-term, regular clients

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: 2+ years of hands-on caregiving preferred (home care, assisted living, facility, or family care) Transport: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance Screening: Ability to pass a background check, recent TB test, and physical (we can assist with testing location) Soft Skills: Strong communication, reliability, and compassion for seniors

SCHEDULE OPTIONS:

Full-Time: 40 hours/week, guaranteed schedule, PTO eligibility after 1 year, first priority on hours Part-Time: ~20 hours/week on a consistent schedule with option for extra shifts Per Diem: Total schedule flexibility (minimum 1 shift/week). Ideal for filling extra availability at higher hourly rates!
