As a Caregiver/PCA, you will provide one-on-one, non-medical personal care and companionship to clients in their homes while helping them maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

As a Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant , you will provide compassionate, non-medical support to clients in their homes.

Your responsibilities may include:

? Personal Care

• Bathing and grooming

• Toileting and incontinence care

• Dressing and personal hygiene

• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

? Home & Daily Living Support

• Meal preparation

• Light housekeeping

• Laundry and maintaining a safe environment

• Assistance with daily routines

? Companionship & Support

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Encourage independence and social engagement

• Assist clients with daily activities

? Mobility Assistance

• Assistance with ambulation and transfers

• Supporting safe movement throughout the home

? Medication Reminders

• Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan

? Transportation Assistance

• Transportation to medical appointments

• Assistance with errands and community activities, when applicable

We are looking for caring, dependable, and responsible professionals who take pride in helping others.

✔️ At least 1 year of personal care experience preferred
✔️ Experience as a Caregiver, PCA, HHA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide, Direct Care Worker, or similar role is a plus
✔️ Proof of current TB testing required
✔️ Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of the position
✔️ Must have reliable transportation
✔️ If transporting clients, must have a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Must be mature, caring, punctual, and dependable
✔️ Must successfully pass required criminal background and fingerprint checks
