Work hours are PRN. Which means we look at your available hours and skills to match those with our clients needs and requests.

Responsibilities:

• Provide non-medical assistance in a client's home
• Assist clients with daily living such bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Assist with transfers and/or range of motion exercises
• Maintain a clean, safe and healthy client environment
• Assists client as assigned with shopping, meal preparation, socialization activities, housekeeping and medication reminders
• Provide requested documents to keep employee file current
• Follow the instructions from your supervisor
• Document observations, activities and service provided in an accurate, complete and timely manner; report to supervisor as necessary

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
• TB screening
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background screening.
• Reliable Transportation to/from work
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance if assignment(s) includes driving according to Office-specific policy
• Experience preferred; CNA not required
• Dementia training is a plus
• Must have a smartphone for access to schedule, attendance, and care plans

Interview will be at office in Lexington. Work offers will be in The Midlands area of Columbia.

Starting Pay is $11-$14/hour
