CDL Truck Driver Roll Off Driver
Location: Dallas, Texas Pay: $22.00-25.00/hr.
Drive with Purpose. Grow with Waste Connections. We're looking for experienced and safety-minded CDL Drivers to join our growing team in Dallas, TX.
The Job:
- Safely operate a CDL Truck from our Dallas yardstart and end your shift in the same location.
- Service commercial routes with timely pickups and deliveries.
- Operate hydraulic and automated lifting systems to load/unload materials and containers.
- Work a consistent schedule: MonFri, Sat as needed 6 AM start | Approx. 5065 hrs./week
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers and customers.
- Conduct daily pre/post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
Requirements:
- Class A or B CDL
- Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience
- Clean MVR and safety-first mindset
- Physically able to lift 75+ lbs., climb in/out of truck, and work outdoors in all conditions
