Responsibilities Provide individual counseling sessions in a hybrid setting. Conduct initial assessments and develop short‑term treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal requirements. Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards of care. Qualifications Active Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license in the state of NY. Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program. Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical assessment skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining high professional standards.
