This is an exceptional opportunity to work with an Oil&Gas Services company in Katy, Texas Job Description: Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.50 depending on experience plus overtime, Medical, Dental and Vision under a W-2 Contract to Hire Hours: 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, weekends on call

Job Summary:

• Perform maintenance, testing, and repair of electronic and electromechanical equipment (e.g., rotary control units)
• Use diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, calipers) to troubleshoot issues
• Assemble and build components such as bearing packs
• Conduct testing (including flow loop testing) and basic programming tasks
• Support failure investigations and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work within assigned workstation areas and rotate tasks periodically
• Maintain production targets and support equipment turnaround efficiency

Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum: 2 years relevant experience, or equivalent education (2-year technical degree in electronics technology) / military maintenance background
• Ability to use: multimeters, basic hand tools, oscilloscopes and measuring devices
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate business systems
• Basic understanding of electronics and some mechanical aptitude

Preferred:

• Experience with rotary steerable or similar oilfield equipment (for higher pay range)
• Soldering experience (ISO certifications a plus but not required)
